• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned floors and office spaces
• Maintain restrooms, lobbies, hallways, gym, café, and childcare areas to high sanitation standards
• Complete routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Identify and address facility cleaning needs proactively
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
• Assist with special cleaning projects, event setup, and breakdown
• Collaborate with the custodial team to ensure consistent facility cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Experience in custodial work, janitorial services, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks
