We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Plumber (Full-Time) to support both commercial and residential properties. This position offers steady, year-round work, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, and a strong benefits package.

Your mission is to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality plumbing systems across all properties while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair for a variety of systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues involving water supply, drainage systems, and fixtures
• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and emergency service calls
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times
• Document completed work and communicate material needs, repairs, and updates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial plumbing (required)
• Experience in residential plumbing (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload efficiently
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
