Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

  • Ignite new possibilities: Seek out untapped opportunities, open new doors, and help customers realize their vision by connecting them with the best in ready mix concrete.

Work Environment

  • Hands-on involvement at job sites and in the community.
  • Frequent local travel; occasional travel outside the area as needed.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and operational machinery.
  • Regular use of standard office equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a passion for service and relevant experience are just as important.
  • 5–10 years of experience in construction sales or a related field is ideal, but we welcome those ready to learn and serve.
  • Comfortable with basic computer programs and digital tools.
  • Experience in contractor estimating or project management is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
